Kiosk Chronicles #2
Look after yourself this October
tober! What a wonderful time of year on the beach. Summertime ends and Autumn begins, but it’s not so cold that we can’t still enjoy the outdoors. However, as seasons change, so can our mood.
Good mental health is vital to well-being so with World Mental Health Day on 10th October here are The Dip top tips to help you prepare for winter.
